Lots of places will work well.

 

 

 

I suggest a safe multi-combat area so that you will (almost) always have a target.

 

 

 

You could try casting from the key room in the Varrock sewers across the

 

 

 

water into the 4 zombie ladder room.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Or, try the screen/torture room on the second floor of the white knight castle.

 

 

 

Or, try the Port Sarim jail.

 

 

 

Or, try the caged lesser demon at the top of the wizzy tower.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just make sure that you have a magic attack stat of -65

 

 

 

or worse to be able to always fail your Curse.

 

 

 

You can get that by wearing full helm, chest plate, legs, SoS boots, kite shield.

 

 

 

If you want to use a staff then you must also wear green dragonhide vambraces.

 

 

 

Do not wear a magic amulet.

I personally like to cast curse in the Ardougne Zoo, plenty of caged animals incase you accidentally succeed in casting it once or twice.
