As far as your query though, you'd have to give us a starting point. Are you starting from level 1 or 65? Huge difference there. Help us to help you.

#3 and 5 are unpredictable since we don't know what method you might use.

well give us sugestions on both the fastest way and the cheepest way then

Construction - ~125m if you use Oak Planks

 

 

 

Prayer - ~90m if you use a Gilded Altar

 

 

 

Fletching - Depends how you do it. If you buy all the materials and nature runes, then alch your bows, probably under 5m.

For fletching, after level 35 you can buy spend 4.5 mil on 150k willow logs. Then theres the bow strings, which go for about 160 each :shock:
