So, my brother has some scheme to get 2.5Mil or so, and I want to know what of the following is the best way to make money.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cutting Yew Logs

 

 

 

Cutting Willow Logs

 

 

 

Cutting Oak Logs

 

 

 

Mining Pure Ess

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He has 70 Woodcutting, with a Rune axe, and 53 Mining with a Rune pic.

 

 

 

He's looking for money, not xp.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I told him to cut Yews, do your ideas differ any?

I think mining pure ess would be a better option, at 68 wc and 61 mining, I can get 3-4 ess in the time it takes to get one yew.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3 ess = 330gp

 

 

 

1 yew = 280gp tops

Yeah I get about 8 ess at every Yew Ive got 77 wc and 69 minning

the only two would be yews or pure ess. I'm inclined to say pure ess if he has access to the fastest pure ess in the mage guild. (still, it's 25k pure ess which is a lot)

Of the two, P ess seems the way to go. Plus, I think the market for p ess is bigger. You can sell 1-2-3k lots w/o even forum advertising, in the bank.

Pure ess is easy but less socialble maybe. If you want it to be exciting wc. I mined 120k ess once, it was boring but worth it. Overall i'd say sociable doesnt matter compared to money.
