mage arena

I'm going to get 60 mage (i actually want at least 70), but i really want to do mage arena for the staff of zamorak.

 

 

 

1) Would there be specific stats i should get before i try it? Like prayer or defence or something?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2) Are pkers a big threat up there?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3) when you are getting the 100 uses for the staff, can pkers attack you?

When you are in the arena you are still in the wild (can't tele) but other players can't attack you in there (I'm not 100% sure but pritty sure). If you use mage bank then there is a chance you could get pked. I personally got all the stuff i needed in ardy then i used the ardy lever to the wild then walked to the arena and went in. You should have mage protect prayer.

in ardounge, goto the west, till you reach the small castle/manor, then behind is a watchtower, near west ardounge, to the right of the watchtower thing with the guards, is a small building, with a big red lever on the wall.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

also, remmeber, bring a weapon which can slash, to cut the webs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and another thing, dont take all your items when going throught the lever way, i just bank my stuff, then withdraw a sickle, and pull the lever. then you can just goto the mage bank to get your stuff. =D

Just 62 magic, 200 bloods, and 39 prayer, I just did it on my pure without prayer :o

killing kolodion is really easy with prayer and fire blast, but its charging it thats the hard part i got pked like 3 times -.- it might take a little long but it's worth it for the spell :
