March 20, 200719 yr I've got to agree with Nadril. I know you and I have never seen eye to eye but I'm gonna comment on your images anyway. The first one isn't very balanced compositionally and there are areas that have been overexposed. There's too much of the extremes in it for me. The second is better compositionally and could have been improved even more had you straightened it up. It's a bit squinty. I like the partial silohette (sp?) of the tree with the light from what looks like the moon. I'm not sure of the burnt out bits in the sign but the photo works well for me, go back and take a photo without the squinty composition and it might work a bit better. Let's leave our differences aside for just now and keep the topic on your photos and not make it a flame war. :pray: Photos!

March 21, 200719 yr the first ones nice to me but the second one is like youre supposed to be paying attention to the theater but that billboard is way bigger nice job though :D

It's not straight and that's not very good for the composition in my opinion, if it was unaviodable, leave it out. EDIT: What what was the film speed, I think I see a bit of grain in the second one? I like film grain though, it tends to add mood unlike digital noise. Photos!

I used Kodak T-Max ISO 400 Speed, and as for the composition, probably the way I developed, because when I took the shot, my Tripod has a water level on it and it was sitting straight. Probably just recomposing it in the dark room would help.
