errrr if u read the question it says wat is party petes not were is it party petes is a place were u can deposit stuff in and pay 500gp and it comes out in balloons so its like a drop party but more fun u pop them and they drop the things u deposited hope it helps

Party pete's is basicly a party hall where you can get the dancing knights to dance on the table or make balloons drop containing deposited items.

 

 

 

The party pete's good side is that telegrabbers won't interrupt and take all the fun away.
