Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous.
March 23, 200719 yr also maybe getting your range equal to your magic, as that will only increase your comb lvl if you get any hp lvls. another form of attack can be a useful thing when pking. Barrows drops: ahrims staff (2), karils coif, karils xbow, torags plate body, veracs helm.
