how can i post my movie files?

Do you mean .avi files? You're going to have to find a site that will allow you to host them, or host them on your own site.

In addition to that you can't post them on here, like an image..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can only link to them, once you find a host.

if you have Imageready you can convert them to .gifs and find a host easly then. But i'd suggest not too.
