March 26, 200719 yr What do you think about it? As a former WoW-player I can just say wow, the graphics are incredibly neat and charming, the landscape feels so realistic and the characthers are so personal. Warhammer Online also has everything that WoW should have had: rewarding World PvP, mix of leveling styles, many types of classes (not the same for all races aswell!). Of course I haven't played it yet, but by just looking at the screenshots and videos from the game I can tell that I'll love this game. I just can't wait for the release (planned this year :ohnoes:). So, what do you think about it? Just a lousy WoW-clone? You tell me! :)
March 26, 200719 yr Psst: WoW is a warhammer clone graphicaly. That aside though its my 'backup plan' if Age of Conan goes Fubar. I'm not really looking foward to it (arguably I haven't read up much about it, but I'm not a fan of the EA buying out mythic [even though mythic is still working on it]). One of my fears is that mythic is notorious for "the NERF" and have been known to overdo it. Plus I'm trying to get away from the faction vs. faction PvP, I wanna be able to talk to my potential enemys. 8-) . Either way it looks nice but I'm looking much more foward to Age of Conan.
March 26, 200719 yr i think i will wait for WH:40k online 8-) I've been reading about that game aswell, but I don't want to wait for that long. ;) And I prefer the "Medieval" MMO-style more than the Scienece Fiction style so.. ^^ Psst: WoW is a warhammer clone graphicaly. Personally I kinda like the faction-based PvP, that way you can build up a "hatred" against the other faction and in that way have a more entertaining time in PvP. Rather than standing there chatting with the opponent. But I can see where you're going. If I'd ever want to talk with the opposing faction, I'd get on to IRQ. ;) Age of Conan looks really neat aswell, but the PvP in Warhammer Online feels more like my style. :

March 26, 200719 yr I'd probably give it a go, but I think I'm done with MMO's. They're fun until peolpe start PvPing heavy and THEN THE WHINE STARTS, and then rather than buffing other classes that get whooped by the good one, they nerf the good one and make it un-fun. Happened many times on WoW and I just got tired of it. Game looks promising and sounds promising, but I'm a little sketchy about the dwarf areas...They're buildings look dopey and like they done't belong in the same game, even. Look at some screenies and I think you'll see my point. Compare Orc characters, Dwarf characters, and Orc buildings to Dwarf buildings...You'll see what I mean. The dwarf buildings look...Amatuer. P.S.: I was wondering why this wasn't a topic yet, and was going to make one yesterday...But fell asleep. The popularity of any given religion today depends on the victories of the wars they fought in the past. - Me!
March 26, 200719 yr I guess i also must admit im really shallow and won't take anything less epic than star wars or something :P (yeah yeah, i dont hear good things about swg) Gamertag: King Arizona
