March 28, 200719 yr buy 1k iron ores and 2k coal ores. Make you 1k steel bars and sell. you get good exp and make money ( 100k + 360k = 460k 550k-460k= 90k profit.) Barrows drops: ahrims staff (2), karils coif, karils xbow, torags plate body, veracs helm.
March 28, 200719 yr further to what marnuke said, make 1k steel bars, trade them for bars and cash (each steel bar = 2 coal + 1 iron + 50 to 90 gp). there are a few traders that have this set up already, and it eliminates the buying and selling time so you can get back to more smithing. over time youll want to make your trades bigger and bigger because you get more gp per bar with bigger trades. youll never be short on ores and youll be making a good bit of cash by the time youre satisfied with your smithing level. plus, when youve done this enough, smith out your load of bars for even more exp, and alch the steel plates for even more cash youre 72 smithing so i wouldnt be surprised if youve done this before... March 28, 200719 yr steel bars buy 2k coal for 360k mine 1k iron because its easy make 1k steel bars and theres someone who buys steel bars for 610each in this forum and thats 250k profit as well as 17.5k smithing exp how much money are u willing to spend anyway?
March 28, 200719 yr You missed the fact that he has 72 smithing already. By smelting steel, he can only make 17.5k exp per hour (1k bars an hour) http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=621870 Illuminati has a very nice guide on this. (and most other skills)
