March 29, 200719 yr I think that you can cast charge for any spell regardless of what god cape you are wearing as long as you still have the correct god staff. March 29, 200719 yr i think you need a god cape and god staff equipped to cast charge and you can't have two diff god cape/staff on ( like zammy cape w/ guthix staff) Barrows drops: ahrims staff (2), karils coif, karils xbow, torags plate body, veracs helm.
