hi this is suraj5000 here bringing to your my patented dust devil log. now i have only just started this so bare with me more great drops to be recorded so hope u like it!

 

 

 

what to take

 

 

 

firstly im just gonna show u what i take to dustys i have pics here

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

this is a list of the best things to wear at dusts from best->to worst

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

head:FACEMASK MUST BE WORN!

 

 

 

ring:RING OF WEALTH IS A MUST if u want a d chain drop (which we all do lol)

 

 

 

ammy: amulet of fury-->amulet of glory

 

 

 

top:black d'hide top--> all other good tops are same range atk bonus as this and alot cheaper

 

 

 

legs:black d'hide legs--> same rule applies as above

 

 

 

boots:ranger boots--> any which dont put down your range atk bonus i.e rune boots

 

 

 

gloves:barrows gloves-->black d'hide vamps --> dragon gloves

 

 

 

cape:ava's accumulator-->ava's lower backpack-->any cape

 

 

 

weapon:well this depends on which style of range u choose.my style is mage short and iron-steel arrows, however iron knifes and a hunter crossbow work very well especially the hunter c'bow as its fast and hits better than mage short and mith arrows.

 

 

 

shield:zammy book only if using knifes or crossbows

 

 

 

ammo:bronze to steel arrows work best as there cheap and good in mass,iron knifes are best becuz its only knife sold in lots, darts bronze to steel can be used but dont hit that high and hunter c'bow i recommend u train hunter for the bolts as not many people sell them (thats how i found out there awesome power)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INVENT

 

 

 

:i would recommend u take these items as they help the most for ranging dustys

 

 

 

chizel:used to cut any gems u get u can also make again into bolt tips

 

 

 

high alchs: used to alch any ok drops i.e. earth battlestaffs rune daggers. i take a mystic lava staff and nats but u wont even need fire staff as u get many fire rune drops

 

 

 

tele out: saves time trekking through desert, u may want to just use home port but take a tele anyways

 

 

 

food: only take 1 ok food incase u did the stratergy wrong or u accidentally mess sumthing up like take ya mask off lol

 

 

 

ammo:if u plan on doing multiple methods of killing only take 1 at a time

however i must regret to say i didnt start the log when i started dust devils i must have killed about 2k devils before this log i just didnt think about making a log of it lol and anyways ive finished at dust devils for now and moved on to hunting...
