it is for my friend and whenever he tries to register it says that he doesn't have enough credit or sumthing along those lines.

yep usually all accounts are jsut supose to sit there without use.

did he check his message center, he might have been baned

im assuming that he was member based on the fact that he had "credit" If he was a member and had the payment cancelled but still played for the "61 days" then im sure they have the account locked until the balance is settled... That is what im picking up on from this post.

Exactly. Get him to pay off the 61 days of credit, then the account should be back in working order.

i dont think it lets him pay it cause when he tries to subscribe it says that he is -61 days in credit and need to do what i've said before.

I this he should write a e-mail, or better yet a letter to them explaining his situation. I don't see any reason for Jagex to not respond to him at the least. Other than that I don't see any other options, telle him he can have a new character name :?

same thing happend to me on a file i had. you ahve to pay with a major credit card like VISA, American Express etc. it wont allow you any other payment options

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I should know my cousin stole a visa card and gave me members. (fraud) anways the point is your friend has to pay the amount of money they ask if not they wont give your friends account bak.

He just needs to put 2 months of membership on the account, he or the 'hacker' scammed jagex out of 61 days of membership, so now they disabled his account because they don't want some one who scammed them to play there account, he can play again he just has to click on 'start new membership' then pick what ever way he wants to subscribe and do it for 2 months, them 2 months of membership will take off the -61 days and the account will have 1 day of membership on it and he can play it again.

If he has -61 days, then he just needs to pay 2 months for his account. Jagex probably had some trouble with processing a membership and after the two months were over, they noticed something was fishy and took away 61 days of membership, aka he needs to pay 15 dollars (or some amount of cash) to PayPal to get his account back.
