Obby Sheild provides + 5 Strenght, and better defence bonus. March 31, 200719 yr rune defender and whip is arguably the best attack in game, has same strength bonus as obby but attack bonus' are great.
March 31, 200719 yr Well obby has +5 str yes, but so does defender! The defender also has very nice attack bonuses. It lacks in defence, but it's still half decent. I deffo recommend you get a defender. Currently not active on RuneScape.
