Are you joking? All you did was a cloud filter in PS and added text with a glow... Wow big accomplishment.

Select Green and Black as your colors... Filter -> Render clouds... add text and an outer glow....

Generally speaking, ps filters then some text on top don't get very positive comments here, because of how generic and limited they are if you don't know how to use them.
