If I have a black mask without charges, It has the same strength effect???? I know that the charges are used randomdly and that they reduce effect, and they are 10, but if the mask is uncharged, It has the same effect that growns up your strength agaisnt slayer monsters??

It will still boost attack and strength by 15% without charges.

The charges are useless, the mask works with or without them.

its the same, its just like broodoo sheild sorta, charges only lower stats, if it didn't give str bonus, I'd sell my black mask instead of usign it as i type. Yeah, it works fine with the attack and str boost thing
