Horror From The Deep

Hello Everyone,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I plan on doing horror from the deep quest. I'm truly not sure if I can do it at this level. Here are my stats, please tell me if can or cannot do it and any reccomendations, and plz be truthful:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Att- 61

 

 

 

Str- 57

 

 

 

Def- 52

 

 

 

Mage- 51

 

 

 

Range- 40

 

 

 

Prayer- 29

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm focusing on prayer, because im on a budget and I don't think I can raise it on my budget. :pray:

its really easy just bring a dds and each element bolt and ranging gear

it would really be worth it to get 40 range, just save up for a couple days maybe, it shouldn't take to long

I did it at level 25 combat with 1 pray 20 defence and like 15 mage...

I did it with 41 mage, and 1 prayer, their is a safespot and you can wait till it changes to the colour that you are equipped to fight against, eg if your using wind blast, wait till it goes white, attack it then if it changes, hide in the safespots till it changes back to white.

Yeah, that is very true.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I tried it twice, one with 1 defence and bad items, then again with 20 defence and good items.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The first time i couldn't get him into the safespot, and he kept hitting me hard, like constant 8s and 9's... I ended up having to telly :uhh:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Even on the second time i couldn't get him into a safe spot, so i had to try deal with him anyway.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dont waste to much time trying to get him there, as he'll keep hitting you, and you'll just use more and more food, and not hit him. I'd say just go all out from the start, and maybe try for the safe spot if you must.

If you're not confident in one or more of your attack styles. Don't bother fighting the Dag Mom during that time. Instead, use that time to heal yourself and get ready for the next attack when it changes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This way it'll seem like you aren't as rushed, you have more inventory room for food and potions, and you won't have to keep switching the spell you're casting or your equipment. (at least not as often)
