I think the rule is vague enough that Jagex wouldn't throw down the banhammer just because someone had a scouting account.

If you do not have your scout account and rune miner account logged in at the same time, you have not broke rule 8. There is nothing wrong with having a scout account at rune rocks.

Yep, this is right. Multiple logging in has nothing to do with you loging on and off over and over (you can do that, but unless u were world-hopping, why would u? :) )

u can do it if u dont have both on at the same time, like only log onto ur scout, log out, then get back onto ur main, dont have them both on at same time, that would then be logging in more than once~multiple logging in

One piece of advice: the next time you're gonna do alot of world hopping, keep pm off so your friends don't get irritated by "you have login and out" messages
