My two main tips, told to me by others, make sure you have a one click tele (I use a tele tab) and have sound on, as you can usually hear a teleblock coming and get away before it hits. You could simply carry with you a tele tablet (which can be made or bought from other players), which takes the place of teleport runes. But this won't take you directly to Edgeville.
