First off I advise 55 range or higher, over 70 would be best. Here are the suggested things to bring/wear:

 

 

 

To be safe and always wear your anti-fire:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Items and reasons:

 

 

 

ring of wealth/life: gets better drops or might save your life

 

 

 

one-click teleport: escape!

 

 

 

hunters cbow: faster and more powerful than the rune cbow and is only one handed

 

 

 

helm of n. good protection without and negative attack bonuses

 

 

 

mage shortbow:good power and speed with a good special attack

 

 

 

lobs/sharks: healing (duh)

 

 

 

prayer pot may be useful for long trips (protect from melee)

 

 

 

also only use up to mith arrows otherwise the cost of the arrows will be higher than the gain

 

if you have a cannon (i dont) feel free to use it where you can.

 

 

 

 

 

If you just want to use the mage shortbow:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pretty much the same but with out the cbows and so on.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Green Dragons

 

 

 

There are no safe-spots in the wildy thanks to pkerÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s. using one opens up the opportunity to be attacked by a pker. So donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t try to range green dragons.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Blue Dragons

 

 

 

There are 3 places to safely range blue dragons: heros guild (almost always crouded), ogre enclove, and talvery dungen (not very safeÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ)

Safe spot 1: thereÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s a stalagmite that you can ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹ÃâhookÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ the dragon on

 

 

 

Safe spot 2: you can ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹ÃâhookÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ the dragon around a protrusion from the wall

 

 

 

Safe spot 3: you can once again ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹ÃâhookÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ the dragon around a stalagmite

safe spot-1: go a bit onto the bridgethingy and range the nearest spawn

 

safe spots 2-4: stand behind some stalagmites and range the dragons

 

safe spot 5: standing behind the skull and next the the rib-thingy

 

there are also some columns to use to 'hook' the dragon with, but useing them you risk being attacked by the ogres cheifs/greater demons/other dragons

 

 

 

Red Dragons

 

 

 

Really no safe spotsÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ.. I went down to brimhaven and tried to mage some and kept on getting attacked by dogs and other dragons.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Black Dragons

 

 

 

there is one 'safe' spot in talvery dungen (thanks Kaphias) how ever i kept getting attacked by zammy monks (lvl 45 and agressive) and i saw that a mage long or crystal bow would be best there.

 

 

 

The best places it range black dragons is in the evil chickens lair (requires part of recipe for disaster).

 

 

 

(note that you will need a raw chicken to get in (the entrence is in zarnis, you canÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t miss it look for the chicken shrine next the the fairy ring entrance))

Pretty good, although the pics are really blurry.

Otherwise, it's a pretty good guide.

Don't take the easy way out and use the "add image to post" option, too many people do that. Just use imageshack, and use up 3 extra seconds of your time, and it helps us a lot.

Great idea, as I think that dragon killing is very fun and just awesome in general. This guide has great potential if you include more in depth techniques, various training spots, halbred techniques, etc. Also, do not forget that metal dragons are dragons too! :P

 

 

 

Great idea, but I think that a lot more work needs to be put in to the guide.

You can also safespot the first Black Dragon that you come to after the Hellhounds in the Taverly Dungeon.

You haven't mentioned the dragons in the Ogre Enclave. There are always a plenty of them, and it's not always crowded there. Although I do fear that after this my post it WILL become crowded... :ohnoes:

there are plenty of safespots to range greens in wild. at lvl 37 just north of the teletower and lvl 25 near the graveyard.

 

 

 

Also on your setup: archer helm is better than neitiznot, i'd suggest sticking to either bow or crossbow- taking both wastes inv space which means less bones/hides per run. Also pots are a waste of time and money unless you're pking really.

ok I'll start fixing it up...

 

also i got 200 some addy javlins from the rfd dragons, so they dont drop nothing.

 

and kemi, as i said in the guide, there are no safe spots thanks to pkers
