Yeah, Lunar Diplomacy is the quest you do for the Lunar clothes.

If you lose your quest clothes (and staff), you can get replacements from the NPC near the astral altar (can't remember the name offhand).

 

 

 

EDIT: Talk to the Oneiromancer to buy yor quest clothes and staff back, if you lose them.

If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.

If you haven't done the Quest yet, I would highly recommend getting extra hides while getting your first set of Lunar Clothing. It will save you the trouble of buying back your clothing because one NPC will still create the clothing for you if you have tanned hides.
