Well if you are able to 1 hit iron ore pretty much every time, varrock south-east is way better. You can hog on 3 rocks for yourself, much faster.

Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.

That is i can hit iron in 1 hit and i will mine iron in the south east pit
