They have the same stats as rune plates, but strictly speaking, they're totally different items. April 15, 200719 yr Yes, and they're not "totally different items" they're pretty much painted over rune plates. And getting a new paint job on a car, doesn't change to kind of car it was before. :) A man who doesn't read, is no smarter than a man who can't read.
