April 23, 200719 yr well, i dont know if this has been suggested before but oh well guess you'll have to read it again if it has, but, my idea is this; when you log on to rs and you got like, 12 people online all saying hi to you it takes you alot of clicking and typing saying hi back? why not have an option where you can highlight names through a tickbox and send them all a message with one message box without having to type "hey" 12 times? just a suggestion :ohnoes: 543rd to achieve 99 mining on july 31st 2007

April 23, 200719 yr It would work it you could hit a little button 'Select' then click the names, they would then turn red or blue in the background to show you about to message them. It would be a good way for clan leaders talk to there clan members, but also a great way to spam people.
April 24, 200719 yr Most other MMOs have this: a Buddy Chat option. And I don't see how you can use it to spam people, considering each person still receives the message once. After all, to a person who is being PMed, what difference does it make if everyone else is being PMed? I think the benefits outweigh the cons, really. Why do you resist? And if a spammer decided to send PMs to over 75 people at the same time, I daresay he would not be able to read a thing if just 10 people replies. Why do you resist?
