blue192
I did this with Lightwave 7. What do you guys think? Any changes you think I should make? I kinda think I should change the bronze and steel 2h's to mith and addy or something. -edit- Ok. Thanks to those who answered. That's enough for me to think about/ work on for now : ) so I'm removing the pic. Maybe an admin could remove the topic?
jabraulter
pretty nice job. i like the reflection on the hilt of the rune 2h. try and find a better sword texture for the rune though. a little repetative. if you can, try and make one in photoshop and then map/mask it over the blade. the hilt isnt too bad. as for the actual modelling, pretty descent job. they're no entangle renders, but he's excellent and has lots of experience. Korla
pretty neat, but to me it looks like the hilt is bent slightly upwards (the middle one)
Zonorhc
I don't like it too much, probably because the blades are too flat and wide. Those things would break the second you hit something with them. A tip for the future, when you feel the need to do an artistic rendition of a weapon, don't try to emulate Runescape's depictions of them. You'll get better results, trust me. firabolt_10
I like the gold texture, the modeling is not very good =\ how long have you been using it? the middle one looks very weird and the side ones look bent. as the guy said it would break the second time you hit with it. overall if your new i could understand :) keep practicing and read modeling tutorials.
