April 25, 200719 yr when you cast a magic atk and instead of hitting damage like 1,2,3 or even hitting a 0 you hit a splash. so istead of a number appearing, a little splash appears were the number would be.
April 25, 200719 yr Author so, it's like casting non-aggressive spells on monsters, so you get magic exp, but no hp exp? Because it was a picture of someone splash training at freaky forester random event...
April 25, 200719 yr Not sure about Runescape, but outside of RS, "splash damage" means about the same as "area damage", in other word, it is an attack that damages not just a single target, but every target within a certain radius. It is a rather well-known expression in gaming world. E.g. "Grenades do splash damage" etc.
April 26, 200719 yr Author hmm, i never thought of it like that, seeing as the only splash damaging things in rs are ancients and chinachompas, i think atleast, so yeah, you wouldn't want to waste those at pheasents in a random event... just let this die, i'v figured out what it means ~~~THREAD CLOSED~~~
