Well, due to things i can not control

 

I am taking a break for an indefinite period from Runescape.

 

 

 

Since i was in Year 2 (abouts) i have played runescape. I have played runescape for around 7ish years.

 

 

 

I have played runescape from before masks, easter eggs and santas. You may well say "your lieing, you barely have better stats than me, and i have been playing for 3 months" - I shall tell you wise words, Levels do not judge maturity, age or time. I have seen the transformation from Runescape to Runescape 2 - I remember being lost. But now it has changed. I have realised that we have gone from Runescape 2 to a newer version - Kidscape.

 

 

 

JaGeX have designed this game for all ages, but i have been watching from the shadows. I have seen goldfarmers overtake the RS population. I have seen the sicko's who are in lumerbridge "press 111 if your a 12 year old girl" and quite frankly im ashamed.

 

You ask what game i will move on to? Its called "Outside, new MMORPG from the creators of smash-hit game: IRL" :lol:

 

 

 

During this week, i have realised how much time this game takes up of my life, my grades are dropping, i never "have time" for friends (not that im antisocial), i leave assessments till the last minute. Basically i have come to realise that Runescape is addictive. In my last 5 days on not playing Runescape - not only have i been looking healthier, but i have been feeling better. In my spare time, i practise my sports, martial arts, archery, but that's not all - i have joined a band which gets together at lunch and we rehearse (we don't sound too shabby). I have done this all in the space of a week. This is the trial of the MMOPRG, Outside. Im liking it, im going to keep "playing" it, also a bonus it doesn't have any side effects, besides having a great time and being healthy. :

 

 

 

I will keep my Runescape account, items and such - so dont bother asking. Anything i have will go to my Best Friends: Boy_Power45 (riakk), McGiness (Happy123), Lonk41 (same), Sir_Jem_05 (Jemothical), Sheynara (same) and normanbiggs (Norman_Biggs). Those weren't in any particular order.

 

 

 

As i have said before, I have Grown WITH Runescape, but now i feel i have outgrown it (I am aware older people than me play, i am not making fun of you). From all the whining and everything that happens in runescape is just getting to me.

 

 

 

I came, I saw, I played - I outgrew.

 

 

 

I will still hang around here, although may be not that much.

I am back to playing runescape. Note: I said playing, not living :P
