Apparently, a driver carrying tons of tons of gasoline crashed into a concrete pylon, setting part of the bridge aflame with fire over 200 feet. Now, I don't have much information on it, but it would help if you could post any you have.

2. Oil being carried in truck catches fire. (Burns at 3000 degrees.)

 

3. Steel supports for bridge melt, causing bridge to collapse.

 

4. Nobody died. One person (the truck driver) was injured.

I had to take BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit, the local train line) to get my passport because of that. Speaking of which, I saw a sexual offender get arrested on BART on the way home.
