What happens if you complete the minigame while you already have a fire cape?

Normally you tele back to the place where you died and pick it back up.

 

But it only lasts for about 1-2minutes on the ground before it dissapears like a normal item.

 

If you do the minigame while you still have one you just get the Tokull reward.
