You need to do Fairy Tale part 1, and start Fairy Tale part 2 to use Fairy Rings.

in what way can the fairy rings help? without making quest , which is the faster mothod?

Theres a fairy ring not to far from the alter, and when you use them, you always go back to Zanaris, which is near the bank.

kk ty guys for ur help

Why not use to abyss? i am 76 runecrafting, have always used aybss, take a 1 click teleport and you will get away from 98% of all the pkers. Anyway, you don't find many runecraft pkers much anymore. About 15 people have tried to kill me from 50-76 runecraft, i have NEVER gotten killed.
