May 11, 200719 yr The only way to get get black plates is from the platebody store in Varrock, in f2p at least, and i think the knights in the fortress thing in the wild just north of the monastery drop black scimitars. BTW armour and weapon stores do restock. Check out my Pocket Slot idea!
