What monster is a good dropper of cosmics?

Not many monsters I know drop cosmics. The only two I can think of are Banshees (slayer mansion), and Shadow Warriors (Legends guild basement).

 

 

 

It'll still take you a long time to get a descent quantity though.

I belive shadow warriors drop them the quickest, but it would be much better to simply mine your own ess, and craft your own runes.

Banshees don't drop em often.

If you're still p2p then do runecrafting. It's not hard to the cosmic runecrafting level. That's that fastest way... If you want to try those ice giants though you don't need to go into the wilderness... There's some in the middle of the ice dungeon for the heroes quest.

In the North-west corner is a spawn spot with 3 cosmics in the pile.

 

The respawn time is about 8 minutes.

 

So you can grab the spawn and then world hop grabbing new spawns

 

before starting over about 8 minutes later.

 

 

 

There is also the chaos rune spawn in the central wildy (guarded by Mossies)

 

and also the Natures rune spawns the the North-East (on the island guarded by Lessers)
