as you can see I could move in the side of the screen that wasn't stuck in the bank but the rest of the screen was frozen.

This isn't a glitch. It's your computer. It always used to happen to me before...

Yeah just ur pc getting in a mess, its annoinyg. restart ur computer when it happens and preferably clear some memory on it for better performance,. :)

yeah its happens to me when like i click off to another screen and then click back to the RS screen it'll mess the graphics ups. You just gotta minamize rs and then bring it back up and it'll be alright
