There are only password thieves who will gain it by deception or by you accepting a malicious file and giving it access though your firewall. Adding your Runescape nickname isnt going to cause you any problems but its probably wise to not mention your email address anywhere. It doesn't have file transfer capabilites, so the only way they could get your password through meebo is if you tell them. The site is legit, there are many many credible sources to confirm this.
