negative membership credit.. help me please

this morning ,i find my account has been disabled. i log in the mainpage ,find that "Your account has 38 days negative membership credit. " and a message from jagex:

in my country ,many people do not have credit card LIKE VISAÃÆÃ¯ÃâüÃâ¦Ã¢â¬â¢MASTER CARD. so if we want to be a member ,we have to ask other people to help us to be a member ,just like i give him cash ,and i be a member. and now ,i been banned, i do not know how can i get my account back.

judging, you might have paid by card so t drained money from it but wasnt enough so youve gone into dept, also known as owing money. my guess is send a message asking for better explemation on it rather than a auto typing machine.

Thats very usual that itr would end you up banned. -.-

 

 

 

If you sent a check it might have bounced or the crdit card didnt work out right.

 

 

 

But meseage jagex Via cutomer support. And ask for a better explanantion of why ur banned also ask them how to pay therm the neagtive amount.

 

 

 

Then go to apeal Ban/offence that should t4ell you why you were banned.

If you payed someone else to get your account to become a member, they may have refunded their payment after you payed them and thus scammed you.

 

 

 

Pay Pal should work as a method of payment in your country if you want to try and become a member again.

They found out someone else was paying for your account. Or, your "friend" (or his mom) told the creditcard company that is was a bad payment and the creditcard company didn't pay Jagex.

This actually happened to me once before, so I have an idea what it is like. Generally there was a problem with your payment, which is obvious. Although, what specifically caused the problem I am unsure of. Ask your parents if either of them refused to pay for the membership first off. This is a common problem, and causes the payment not to go through.

 

 

 

You will have to pay with a Credit Card if you hope to get your account back. I had to all because of a phoneline error, but once I did everything was back to normal. You do not get black marks from this, and in no way is it an offence, simply a technical error. View the above suggestions to what may have caused it. I hope you get use of your account back shortly.

I think that all you have to do to get your account back is pay for 2 months of members. It kind of sucks that Jagex took 38 days to realize that your payment was bad, but I'm sure that all they want for you to do is pay them for the 38 days of members that you had previously used. I'm sure they would accept that payment by any method, PayPal or eGold would be fine.

 

 

 

It's just like any other thing, if a pay-to-use website sees that you owe them fees, they suspend your account until you pay those fees. So pay the fees and everything will be fine. But make sure to get a full report from Jagex as to what happened to the money you paid, so you're sure it isn't a glitch on their end.
