I totally agree. That might be what needs to be done to get Rsc out of their shells and onto the battlefield.

Good luck winning anyone over with: "We got bored so we killed our own team mates. Sorry for wasting your time, money, and equipment cuz we were bored. We had fun killing you though. No harm intended kthxbai"

Explain the blue caped rangers first. I second that. I saw alot of blue caped (SALS?) rangers as well, most in dhide. They were all in non-multi south of the entrance to the ruined castle. But I just moved back into multi where they refused to step foot into because Tip.It = Persians in 300.

Multi Site Steel War Aftermath - Done - READ FIRST POST!
My account from following Stormrage: After arriving at the battlefield we found the black capes right off the bat and destroyed them. That was the end of the war as far as I was concerned. After the initial skirmish with Black Capes, all that we encountered after that were a few rouge clans doing rune raids and a whole lot of bsers. I honestly think I killed more bser's then I did enemies. But it was a fun filled adventure nonetheless. Lots of killing and then a major highlight was the Fally Massacre after, where Tip.It filled up the vast majority of Falador and destroyed anything that failed to wear the 39 cape. Could of used more enemies and less back stabbers but hey, Tip.It won. ---------EDIT----------------- And as far as the "backstabbing", I don't believe that it is possible to have a war without bs'ers. For all we know, other clans or users of other fan sites dressed up as tip it'ers and ran around trying to cause as much confusion and chaos as they could......and it worked. Look at the fighting that has been brought up so far in this thread. As far as I am concerned, Tip.It is a well dedicated fansite, and just because some rouges were running around with our team cape on acting like fools does not mean that Tip.It is a bunch of "bsing noobs" and anyone that thinks it is should go back to the Official Runescape Rant Forums and continue complaining about everything.

Item Lending - Friend or Foe?
I would hate to see another "Durial321" disaster take place. Test, test, and more testing to be safe. Also, I do believe the value of Third Age, Rares, and Dragon Full Helms, and Godswords will all drop.

The best monsters to kill for each charm color
Ok, how many did you kill and how many did you get? I killed 31 of them and did not get a single drop from the Fire Elementals. I will look into Baby Dragons.

Chaos Tunnels Monsters Map!
Could someone clear this up for me? I was venturing around in the Chaos Tunnels are experienced the "Chaos Portal" that randomly teleported me. I ended up at the water fiends, then I made my way to the Dust Devils, decided to attack one, and it said my magic level was to low. I quickly exited the room to the Giant Rats, and looked to see that almost all my combat stats were at 0! Is this from attacking the Dust Devils without a Face Mask, or is this the result from the Chaos Portal? Or could it be from the Water Fiends?!

Summoning and its effects on PvP?
Also, there will be no such thing as a summoning pure about level 19 summoning. After the initial Gold Charms run out, how on earth will a level 3 (around level 6 by this point with 19 summoning) be able to acquire more charms? Hybrid Summon/Ranging Pures or Summoning/Maging Pures will be possible, but not strictly a Summoning Pure.

Summoning and its effects on PvP?
Summoning Cost Your main argument is a bit weak. Your saying that out of the other combat stats, Summoning is the first that requires money to level? I think you forgot to add up the cost of armour and weapons for warriors, runes and robes for mages, and arrows and dragonhide for rangers. And as far as prayer goes, that skill requires enormous amounts of money and patience to obtain a high level. Just because you are forced to buy Spirit Shards and Pouches, does not make it that much different from the other skills. No one in Runescape went from level 3-99 in any melee stat using only there fists, and as far as magic or prayer, they are also very expensive skills to train. Castle Wars Also, I believe that with the new Summoning skill, Castle Wars will become extremely more strategic. With dozens of new monsters to summon to perform various tasks, the weaker players that couldn't hit the higher players in dragon would be able to do there fair share to help there team out. Other Advantages I think some people are neglecting the skill side of Summoning. Not all the summoned monsters are for combat only, in fact the majority benefit your other skills more then they would in a fight! Runecrafters are now able to hold even more runes, wood cutters are able to hack down trees quicker, and the new birds eye view will help greatly in Imp Catching! Plus, only half of the monsters have been released and skilling combinations of Summon Monsters are just starting to be put into effect. I think that summoning has more pro's then con's.

Summoning too hard to level?
This will be a slow and expensive skill to level, and right now the rewards don't seem....to rewarding. But remember that these are only HALF of the total number of monsters that will be released. They are releasing many more in the coming month, so hopefully that will make better monsters with better specials. The level 96 Summoning Yak's Special is that it takes 1 item in its inventory to a bank. Oh and that item is chosen randomly :?

The best monsters to kill for each charm color
Yes it seems that Blues are by far the most rare. Its probably due to the fact that on the exp. tables in the Knowledge Base, all spells using Blue Charms give major amounts of experience. At least all Minotaur ones do.

What Item Did you Treasure as a Newbie? - 12k+ Views!
Mine isn't really item related. but it does deal with being young and anew in the world of runescape..... Back in my glory days I was happily a skiller. Combat didn't really matter that much to me and I just trained it so I could defeat the evil dragon and wear rune!! I remember, after completing all the Free Quests I started to get bored of runescape. I thought it was silly how there was no way players could attack each other. I started to tell my friends this and they laughed... To make a long story short, I "discovered" for the wild for the first time at level 53 combat and after completing all the Free Quests

negative membership credit.. help me please
If you payed someone else to get your account to become a member, they may have refunded their payment after you payed them and thus scammed you. Pay Pal should work as a method of payment in your country if you want to try and become a member again.
