Not too bad, it would be a lot better without the flare at the top. It also needs a border. My eyes really strain to try and focus the background, not sure if anyone elses do that :?

Take off the lens flare, if you can, it looks really bad. The whatever in the box to the left thing isn't that great either. I think it might look better if it was a little bigger, had some meaning, and wasn't overlayed with green, which doesnt' fit the signature anyway. IMO, red would work better, and yeah, add a border.
