May 27, 200719 yr look on the front page of the RS website theres a link that states all the info and requirements for being one... just to burst ya bubble you gotta be chosen. if you write a msg or email to them they will only put you farther down the list of considering you as a mod.. so just be nice to other people etc... dont scam,cheat and all the other stuff that mite get a person banned..
