is there any way to re-obtain the large pouch after you are done the quest?? i've been in the abyss killing for it again and i thought it might be because i can get it back

Yes you can get it back. I got mine shortly after I lost it but I guess I was just luckier?

yes, but pouch drop is notoriously unpredictable, but you might want to use fairy ring ALR instead for safety. You could be in there for a while.
