..How do I make moving sigs, I don't know what programs to use, and none of the stickys/guides have anything on it, plus i asked on sticky a day ago, still no reply.

ERm... well not really... this forum is reserved for predjudice, flamine, large egos, and wasted time... Aside from that check the stickeys I believe that there is a link in one of them to the different types of programms most often used here...
