What is the most cost effective way to lvl up crafting up to 63? I know that leather hard bodies are fast but I don't know if i'm willing to put down that kind of money. If you guys have any alternate suggestions please le me know. (I'm f2p btw)

Tiaras are fast, or you could camp at the crafting guild.

 

 

 

Get lots of thread, a needle, brown apron, and some GP. Kill cows, collect hides, tan and make bodies, and either drop them or sell in Rimmington.

 

 

 

Dropping's faster, but you make a bit of money through selling them. But you only lose 4 GP a body anyway, not a big deal.

Well there isnt many options for f2p crafting. You could craft jewelry if you mine your own gold, and get your own gems. But that is way to slow. Tairas is a pretty good idea. leather is simpily the best. But dont use hard leather becuase coifs are more experience then hard leather bodies believe it or not.

Sorry to burst your bubble but I'm f2p, Coifs are members only. But other then that those are good suggestions.

Well, you earn:

 

52.5 for silver tiaras. Mine in the guild, bank in Fally, smelt/craft in al-kharid. (5850 needed)

 

35 for hard leather. Kill cows in CG pen, use CG tanner on second floor, craft in guild and then drop them. (8774 needed)

 

33 for clay bowls. Mine clay in CG, soften in CG, spin and fire in CG, drop. Very little walking required. (9306 needed)

 

 

 

Crafting in F2P is slow and doesn't really pay well until you can make power amulets.

 

(I have level 75 F2P crafting, btw)

 

 

 

I would try the CG cow or clay stuff. Exp is "good"

 

and you don't waste a lot of time walking around.

But it's harder to raise crafting in the F2P worlds than in the P2P worlds.

 

 

 

...and not have worry about it,...

 

AFAIK, everything is "better" in P2P than in F2P,

 

so maybe you should get members sooner rather than later.
