p.s my current set is rune pl8 and legs with d med and g sheild and currently since im training str im using a dlong with a slave amulet

mountain trolls near warrior's guild is not bad choice neither...I used to be there sometimes. Or how about green drags in wilderness? Lesser demons?

I wouldn't suggest it with those stats. You need a whip and 70+ str and def as well. I had a lot of trouble killint hem at those stats (minus the salve ammy), but once I hit 70 str and got my defence a little higher, they were no problem.
