Just wondering if you might know it. My first is in wizard, but not in a mage My second in jail, but not in a cage My third is in anger, but not in a rage My last in a drawing, but not on a page My whole helps to make bread, let birds fly and boats sail. What am i? I was thinking it had to be something like this. These are the letters that are in the first like "wizard" and not in the last like "mage". Also i put down the letters that both have in common. Not sure if this is the way you have to go about soliving the riddle. Yeast is a living organism that eats sugar and produces carbon dioxide. This carbon dioxide makes your dough rise. When you bake the dough into bread, all this air stays inside the bread.
