Plus, mIRC uses native windows, which takes away from the number of windows available. If you have a LOT of stuff open, close a few you're not using and try again. (or see how close i can get) Anybody can open 60 notepad files because Notepad only uses < 10MBs of ram, but I'm sure he wouldn't have just notepad open. The thing is why would he have 60 programs open at the same time. Oh I just tried it, I had 60 empty notepad files open and as many times I could click tabs of IGoogle open in Firefox.
