You need 83 hunting, and the implings are very rare and hard to find.

Also, you won't find the Dragon Implings in Puro-Puro (the implings' homes) you can only find them in the outside world.

Incorrect - they do exist in Puro-puro, and they respawn about every 50 mins.

when you try to catch the, you'll realise the arrows are worth 10k each
