The wieldable harpoon is called the Barb-tailed harpoon.

 

You can get it through hunting.

 

The stats are the same for it as a regular harpoon, it just frees up more space in your inventory for one more fish each load!

Cost wise, pretty cheap. Maybe 1k, or even less.
