So don't get the cape and get a different skill or non at all, simple really.

i just say minimum lvl of 30 like in the highs needed to get level cape and it should be F2P too but for F2P it would look different and you will need to have done all the quest before you can get it and quest level cape F2P not posible

Ok I'll add the level in and f2p in.

I just dot see this being a good idea for 2 reasons

 

 

 

1.Getting a skill to lvl 30 is not really all that great, And making a cape for a person with lvl 30 attack or wc is not all that good.

 

2. Think of all the skillers who put time and money to get 99 in fletching or wc... then they see someone with a lvl cape saying... i got lvl 35 wc or fletching. They dont deserve a cape showing then have 35 wc they need to work like everyone eles to get a skill cape. (no offence to anyone)

sorry but no support...the main reason the 99 capes were invented is that some skills have nothing better at a certain level (like 90 crafting, 75 firemaking, and some more and even capes who do add something but nothing worth to train that high...i mean the diffrence between 85 mining and 99 mining is so little its not even worth training when you get there). so once i can do that i can just get a high level in something (lets say 85 fishing) and show it to everyone so it won't matter much and...you know what? 85 isn't high enough. even 98 is enough because 98 is not that far away from 99 but at 99 you get the cape and a new emote and if you already have 1 cape you can now get the trimmed version. so even though personaly i dont find a reason to train more than 90 crafting and will only train skills to 99 when it actualy is helpful, some think the capes are worth it and train their chosen skill just for the cape and that will ruin it... in 2 words: ~no support~

I do support this, so long as it doesn't look like the current skill capes, and it doesn't come with an emote. If someone wants to show off their level, even if it is low to some people, let them.

skill capes are meant to be unique and very hard to get, why should people who havnt accomplished that be given the same thing(even if it doesnt have an emote its still the same idea)

If anything lol yea i dont want some noob to go around O look at me! i got 43 atk.! im so special...no...leave the skill capes for those at 99...because i could get all my skills to lv 30 in a day....not that hard..
