June 20, 200719 yr Almost any high level slaying task (typically issued by Shilo or Fairy). I recommend them as with guthans you'll be able to do most tasks with just one visit, thus making them excellent experience for both melee and slaying. Plus the drops can be nice :) If you don't have access to high level slaying monsters, then train against any kind of monster that you consider to be at the upper limit for your level and ability.
June 21, 200719 yr try bandit camp in alkarid desert not the lv 9s but the 50s. They attack you in groups so you can lose hp and heal it(for fun). And they give nice drops if you want em.

June 23, 200719 yr I hear ankous drop a lot of high-level runes such as deaths and bloods, they would probably be a good choice with a salve ammy (e).
