June 20, 200719 yr you normally gain a combat level with every 8 prayer levels, although it may vary if you raise another combat skill. June 20, 200719 yr According to Tip.It's calc, 1 prayer lvl is equal to 0.125 of a combat lvl. That means that you gain a combat lvl every 8 prayer lvls.
