Final_Mercy Posted June 21, 2007 Share Posted June 21, 2007 this is very abnormal cause i have been trying to get a pharaoh scepter i'm lv 87 thieving now and haven't gotten one since lv 73 thieving, 14 levels and over 2m difference in exp! do they even give out pharaoh scepters anymore cause this is impossible You are not alone, Our Father, God will always be with you.
